or maybe this woman is poorly educated and lives in a situation where she’s unable to cook healthy meals, or can’t afford the ingredients for them, or she might even not know what’s healthy for her or not, because she lacks the education. 

maybe you, roger starner jones, md, need to check your privilege at the door and realise that we’re all human beings on this earth and the minute you start feeling above helping your fellow human beings, or treating them, that’s when you need to sit down and have a chat with yourself. and maybe repeat the hippocratic oath and really think about what it means this time.
